Quality is the main strength of GALSFER, which believes in the importance of investing in the training of qualified personnel and in the purchase of increasingly sophisticated and innovative machinery, capable of guaranteeing the most advanced processing systems. The machine park includes, in fact, new multi-spindle and single-spindle automatic lathes, equipped with the latest generation numerical control, and a periodical and scheduled maintenance of the plants.
This is accompanied by a series of modern tools for measuring and verifying product quality standards: three-dimensional control machines, profile projectors, roughness gauges, micrometers and digital gauges, pads and threaded rings. The new Hommel contour 310 optical measuring instrument allows the automatic measurement and recording of all external dimensions. On – board the machine carries out random checks at programmed time with an average of 60/120 minutes between one process and the other, with measuring instruments interfaced to the SPC system, for the constant verification of data and for the correct storage of the same. The quality factor constantly implemented in the company system, has led the company to receive from the trusted customers the Free Pass, that is the immediate validation, without further checks, of the quality of its products and services
